Hi, I'm Sherri Loso...artist and creator, living and working out of my small home studio in northern Vermont.  My work is primarily in the art of Pyrography, diving into the beauty of the natural world around us, I strive to work in tune with the innate nature of the wood, creating a piece that feels organic.

For as long as I can remember, I have been an artist...it's in my blood, a part of who I am. I originally started working in oils at a very young age, and have explored many mediums throughout my lifetime.  Self-taught and constantly learning, I found Pyrography by chance in 2015 and haven't looked back.  My style continues to evolve and grow and I like to mix it up regularly...combining Pyrography Art with watercolors, ink, acrylics, gouache and colored pencil.  In my work, I draw inspiration from the wilderness that surrounds my home and travels.  Sketching and burning images onto wood...every piece is crafted by hand, by me ~ slowly, intentionally, with nature as my muse.
